Staying motivated when you feel like giving up usually doesn’t come from constant inspiration it comes from something quieter and more practical: continuing even when the “feeling” is gone. One of the most important things is to accept that motivation naturally comes and goes. If you wait for it to stay strong all the time, you’ll end up stuck. Instead, focus on small actions that are so simple they don’t require motivation just presence. Even writing one paragraph, walking for ten minutes, or doing a single task can keep you connected to the path instead of the feeling of quitting. Another key is remembering your “why,” but not in an abstract way. It helps to anchor it in real moments why you started writing, what your voice means to you, what it feels like when your thoughts finally land on the page and make sense. When everything feels heavy, you don’t need a big purpose speech; you need a small reminder that you’ve moved forward before, even slowly. It also helps to lower the pressure of perfection. A lot of giving up doesn’t come from lack of ability it comes from expecting too much from yourself at once. When you allow your work or progress to be imperfect, you create space to continue. Imperfect movement is still movement. And sometimes, motivation returns only after action begins, not before. You start tired, uncertain, even resistant but once you’re in motion, something shifts. Not always dramatically, but enough to keep going another step. Finally, it’s important to rest without guilt. Rest is not the opposite of progress; it’s part of it. When you pause properly, you return with more clarity instead of frustration. So the answer is not “never give up.” It’s: don’t stop completely. Slow down if needed, simplify things, and keep a thread of action alive even if it’s very small.

Wow how powerful. I like mostly the paragraph about remembering the Why!! I think that we often forget about that we forgot that we have worth, purpose. We forget why we wanted to do something in the first place.
Perhaps someone needs to hear the message that we have to offer. Thus, we stay motivated for ourselves and others. Chase your passion.
